VACANCIES

Global Business Development Manager

We invite applications from experienced Business Development executives, with a minimum of 4 years to 8 years post qualification experience, with global exposure, preferably in KPO sector. Candidates need to be articulate, client facing and must have a sound grasp of English. Candidates applying for this role must have had experience of Business procurement, Business analysis, Business Development, Networking capabilities, Industry contacts, and must demonstrate basic understanding of management tools, Presentations, Sales Projections, work in Excel work sheet, MIS and ISO-6S etc. Candidates from US and UK are preferable.

This individual will be responsible for a wide range of business development activities, including strategic planning and tactical execution, in the KPO sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

Result-oriented person with hands-on experience in business development of BPO/KPO Services.
Candidates with experience in Legal support services, Image Digitizing, e-Publishing, data conversion, content management would be preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in B2B calling with North American/European corporate offices.
Comfortable in interaction with Senior executives, decision makers of existing and prospective clients.

Job Description

Implementing strategies and business developments plans identified by the management.
Communicating with prospective clients/leads by making calls and converting them by regular follow-ups.
Creating new business opportunities in KPO vertical.
Providing timely pre-sales support to prospective customers.
Generating leads (Appointments/ Conference Calls /RFI & RFP’s) through outbound calling for KPO vertical.
Fixing appointment with prospective customers.

Head Note Drafters – Nagpur Service Center

We invite applications from LLB graduates, who have had some experience of drafting head notes to judgments. You must have excellent appreciation of the law, a good command over the written English language, good reading comprehension and the ability to write cogent, well formed text. This requirement is for Nagpur office. Preference will be given to Law graduates from Nagpur; candidates from out station must be willing to relocate to Nagpur.
